Privacy Notice pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03

This Privacy Policy sets out to describe website management with regard to the processing of the personal data of the users/visitors consulting it. The information is provided only for this site in question and for no other websites the user may consult via links. The “Data Controller”

Personal and identifying data as contemplated by art. 4(b) and (c) of Legislative Decree 196/03, plus data related to any information on a physical or legal person, public administration and any other institution, association or body appointed to the task of regularly making backup copies of databases, identifying data, traffic data and anonymous data. In addition, browser data, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website that might acquire your personal info and whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols can be processed. This information is not collected for the purpose of linking it to identified parties, owing to its characteristics they could identify users through processing and held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the users computer, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the request time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the response file, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. This data is only used to collect anonymous statistical data on site usage and to verify its correct functioning. It is deleted immediately after being processed. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the case of hypothetical computer violations against the site.

Optional data provision

Barring what is specified for browser data, the user is free to provide personal data in the inquiry forms or in any case indicated in the Contacts section for the request of  information material or other communications. Lack of data may obviously prevent a response to the user’s request as explained in detail below.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated in this site results in the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as of any other personal data inserted in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the site pages designated for providing special services on request.

Processing duration

The data will be processed for the time required by the existing commercial relationship and up to ten years from the date of data acquisition. It is agreed that such data will be deleted from the server after expiry of the tenth year, unless otherwise indicated by the person concerned.
